Frequently Asked Questions

General Information

No, the Glacier Hut has a glacier view but is built on a solid foundation of rock. To walk on the glacier, you must navigate a steep moraine and proceed carefully.

  • How many people does the Glacier Hut sleep?

The hut sleeps 4 guests comfortably, but can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. There are four twin beds: two twins downstairs and two twins in the loft. Both the downstairs and loft layout can be converted to king beds. Two benches in the sauna can sleep one person each, and two extra mattresses are available for floor sleeping.
