Built by Alaskans with a deep love for the outdoors, the Glacier Hut was designed for travelers who want to experience authentic Alaska. Powered by solar, stocked with amenities, and surrounded by endless terrain to explore, the hut offers guests the opportunity to enjoy Alaska wilderness independently without sacrificing modern-day comforts.
Rates are a flat fee for up to 4 guests.

Dual-Booking Discount option:
1) Find some friends
2) Book at least 4 nights (Each party will take half)
3) Split the cost in half
4) Swap out with your friends mid-stay
Why is this cheaper?
After the first 2 nights, it’s only $400 per night. By booking a longer stay you get the benefit of those less expensive nights. PLUS this method cuts out the cleaning expense between you and your friend’s stay.
What’s Included:
Kitchenette + grill
The hut has a small gas range, oven, and a mini fridge.
Cooking essentials
Pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot, and some staple ingredients are available.
Shower and sauna
Potable water
Bedding, linens, and towels. The hut has four (4) twin beds that can be arranged as single beds or two (2) king beds.
Scenic outhouse
There is no flushing toilet in the hut. There is a scent-free outhouse a short walk from the hut.
Electricity
The hut is primarily powered by solar panels. There is also a generator back-up.
Wood stove & propane heat
Firewood is provided.
Internet access
What’s Not Included:
Flights to and from the hut (an additional $499 per person, round trip)
Gear and equipment for outdoor adventures
Food and meals at the cabin
How to Make A Reservation
Request a reservation: Let us know your preferred booking dates via our booking page email, or phone call. We will confirm availability or propose alternative trip dates.
Make a trip deposit: Once we’ve confirmed your date availability, we will send an invoice for 50% of your reservation fees. Reservation dates are not confirmed until a trip deposit has been received. If you prefer to pay in installments, please let us know. We’re happy to set up a payment plan.
Make final payment: At 3-months before your trip, you’ll receive an invoice for your remaining balance. This payment is due 60 days prior to your trip. At 90 days before your stay, all funds paid become non-refundable.
Your hut stay: We meet in Glacier View at 2PM on the day of your stay and fly to the hut. Guests pay for flights if they have not already done so and head to the hut. Enjoy your stay!
